Yesterday, Davey and Elsa came over from
Finland. Since Davey had proposed to cook for us on Saturday, we decided
to invite him to a one star Michelin restaurant, the Auberge
de Dun.
So, after some hold ups with Trish, we finally picked her up from the railway
station in Yvetot,
and drove to the restaurant. What is amusing from this place, is that the
kitchen is separated from the dinning area by a glass wall, so you can
see what's happening in the kitchen....
The food was amazing, what would you expect...... I had lobster ravioli,
lamb and banana soufflé. Very recommendable.....
Saturday, Davey will cook for ten people... story and photos to follow.
