We've been a bit busy the last few weeks, so no update reports. Here's a quick "state of the union":



The font of the house is done (joints and all), the window in the main part is in. We're still waiting for the new door, the window shutters and for the window of my office.




Inside, almost all the walls have been isolated, the concrete floor is totally in, with all electricity and water tunes under ground and behind the isolation.

My office has been extended over the planned dimensions. This because there was already a beam further up, so the prolonged the office floor.



They have started with the guest bathroom. The door is in, and the walls are about ready to go. We've recently bought a shower cabin, sink and toilet which will arrive in 10 days.

We also had a painter come in for a quotation.



They have started doing up the back of the house. The boarded up window will receive its own bricks, salvaged from the front of the house.
