The Pool Construction - Day 4

Today, Friday, the pool company was coming to help set up the walls of the pool. After everyone got their cup of coffee Chez Werner, the panels were taken out of the packages.

They were spread out strategically.

All the boxes were unpacked and were lying around the garden. Thankfully it wasn't raining, it was nice and sunny.

Bits & pieces were fitted on the walls (skimmers, pumps, lights)

Walls were lowered into the to-be-pool.

The inside of the walls received metal roads to strengthened the cement when it gets poured.

Each wall, made out of PVC, had connectors, while the corner had the biggest connector.

Each connector was hammered into the wall. It was like watching kids making a Lego toy....

One side was put up in 1 hour.

All the tunnels and opening for the wiring and tubes were inspected before being put in place.

All side done expect one which will be done the last minute next week when the pour in the concrete.

This is the technical room, where all the equipment will be housed.

The wiring and tubes coming from the technical room to the pool is getting ready as well.

Last thing the lads did was cut the metal wire mesh to fit the ground.

weekend.... no construction crew, but now it's the time for the gardeners. Never a dull moment....
