The day started with a bit of rain, so the shaving operation moved to the inside:



They managed to find 8 replacement beams in an old house nearby which will be delivered tomorrow.



The central beam is being shaved of the bad bits, but overall it's in good shape.

Tomorrow the beams should be put back. Left a message with the electrician to come over and dismantle the lights in the shed and move them to the garage. Will see when it happens.
